Refund Policy

Cancel Order:

Before the items are dispatched, if you want to cancel the order, please contact our customer service email:, we will process your application as quickly as possible, and refund your order in full without reason after reviewing your order.

After the items are dispatched, we cannot cancel the order or prevent the transportation process. If there is any problem with the items in your order, or you want to return the items, please contact us after receiving the items:

Return or Exchange:

Applicable situation:

①Within 15 days after you receive the items, as long as the items you want to return are not artificially damaged, we do not need any reason to accept your return, but the transportation costs incurred by the return need to be borne by you.

After receiving your returned items, we will use the fastest speed to return the amount paid in your order to your account according to the original channel. (Note: Before you return, please contact our customer service email to confirm the delivery address before shipment. If you fill in the wrong address and we do not receive your returned items, we can not refund you.)

②If the order package is lost, mis-delivered or damaged due to our work error, please contact our customer service email, we will reship the correct items for you for free or refund the defective part.

③If the items or packaging are damaged due to transportation, or you have not received the package, please contact our customer service email, we will reship the order or refund for you after verification.

④If you have any quality problems with the products you received, you can give us feedback, and we will definitely give you a satisfactory solution.

Return Method:

Please contact our customer service email and inform us of your order number and the reason for the return. After confirmation, we will send you a usable address. After you send the product back, please inform us the tracking number by email.

The refund will be completed within 48 hours after we receive your returned products.

If one of the following two situations occurs, we will not be able to refund:

① Send the product to the wrong address (including returning it to the place of shipment without contacting us).

②Choose the return method of cash on delivery

You ill be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you request a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you return for exchange, we will ship the item you want after receiving your returned product. The exchange time may vary depending on where you live. If you are shipping an item over $75, you’d better choosing a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can not refund you if we can not receive your returned item.
